Currently there are only two states particpating BUT that will be changing.
The First Step was done by the fire company who submitted your name and DOB. The Second Step is to get your information into the system. The Third Step will be pictures, fingerprints, etc.

Your Name, Address, etc. are what was entered into the FireHouse Software system. Same spelling, initials, etc.
Your Login is the your Name as entered into the FireHouse Software system. Same spelling, initials, etc.
Do NOT forget your login and password. It's a pain to get it!
